Our Background

Each job requires "JobListics"--logistics related to safety and planning-.  JobListics is the first of several environmental, health and safety programs being developed by 4T EHS, LLC.  The objective of our programs is to "drive compliance upwards" by developing them for those closest to the work--the operator turning the valves or running the equipment; the mechanic with the tool in her hand; the technician with the meter in his hand; the EHS professional who has to answer to regulators and management.  JobListics is first because everyone benefits from improved safety, and clearer communication, and thorough planning.

Our Story

 
Being displaced from my position as an EHS professional engineer within the "upstream" oil/gas industry gave me the opportunity to develop the Job Hazard Assessment/Job Safety Analysis program I wanted but simply didn't have the time to create.  Something had to change because I saw managers commit to safety; engineers design facilities; foreman and supervisors plan projects; and operating personnel complete "JSAs" before beginning work; and they also attended the EHS training led by me and my team!  In spite of all that effort:  People got injured trying to "help" with an action that a better hazard assessment would have determined was ill-advised; and chemicals spilled because contractors received or communicated incomplete information; and time wasted on the jobsite waiting for the right materials because planning was done too late.
 
JobListics resolves all those problems integrating and allowing collaboration on virtually every facet of project/job planning and safety requirements.
